The Alabama Cornea Care Center, is here to serve you!  Our goal is to provide advanced corneal care management for your irregular cornea, degenerative cornea, and traumatic cornea patients.  
To refer your irregular cornea patient(s)

• Look for the confirmation page after your submission. 
• Faxing instructions will be given on the confirmation page.   

Consultation and advanced corneal management services are offered to patients in partnership with general eye physicians and vision practices as a valuable care resource for complex contact lens fitting and advanced corneal disease management. 

Surgical and refractive practices may utilize our post-operative management services to rehabilitate complex corneal transplant and refractive surgery patients. We are available for both short-term "acute" referral services as well as long-term "rehabilitative" services.  Call us with any questions you may have  or simply set up an appointment for your patients today!!
